Our Pansy Halter looks like it cut and tailored from the real thing! The halter is a picturesque print of a pansy flower and features a hemline in the shape of the petals. The straps are adjustable and can be tied at the neck. This top is for a fun beach day and can be paired with our Pansy Mini Skirt for the full bloomed effect.
