Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Tyler McGillivary pieces—but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please do not ship returns without prior approval.
- For full-priced orders placed in the month of December, returns can be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We can only accept returns of items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all its original tags attached. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, have stains, or are missing tags.
- Once your return or exchange has been delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to review and finalize your request.
- Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange—whatever works best for you.
- Sale items (purchased with a discount code or during a site-wide sale or flash sale) can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- Anything marked as final sale (such as sample or archive sale items and gift cards) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Swimwear
Swimwear is eligible for return or exchange as long as it’s unworn, the tags and hygienic liner are fully intact, and it’s been tried on over underwear. Because of hygiene reasons, we won’t be able to take back swim that doesn’t meet those standards—thanks for understanding!
How to Make a Return
All returns and exchanges go through our return portal. From there, you can choose whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions about how to return/exchange your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly if anything goes missing or purchasing Route Protection Insurance which is available at checkout to cover the cost of your missing package.
