Approved Return and Exchange Instructions
We appreciate your patience while our team carefully reviews your request! Please do not ship your return or exchange without prior approval. Our return portal requires customers to ship items back themselves. Please follow the steps below to complete your return or exchange:
How to Send Your Return/Exchange
- Check your item: Please make sure your item is in its original condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, have stains, or are missing tags.

Pack your return item: Pack your item securely to avoid any damage during transit.
- Include your packing slip: Add your packing slip inside the package so we can easily identify your return.
- Add your order number outside of the box: Write your order number somewhere visible on the outside of the box.
- Ship your return item: You may use any carrier of your choice to send your return to the address below:

You may use any shipping carrier of your choice. For your convenience, you can purchase a label through one of the options below:
- Share your tracking number: Please reply to your return approval email or email info@tylermcgillivary with your tracking number so we can monitor your return in transit and confirm safe delivery to our studio.
Processing Time
Once your return has been delivered, please allow up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) for our team to review and complete your request. You will receive an email with an updated status of your request.
