How can I be notified when items are released or restocked?
The easiest way to stay in the loop is to subscribe to our newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll be the first to know about new products, events, sales and restocks before anyone else. Otherwise, you can follow us on Instagram.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. For international orders, please be aware that any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier to receive the order. Once an order has been shipped, any delivery delays or issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Klarna payments. All prices are shown in US dollars and all orders will be billed in USD.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please email our customer service team: info@tylermcgillivary.com.

Do you accept returns?
Please do not ship your return without prior approval. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition items. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Once your return or exchange has been delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to review and finalize your request. All sale items are final sale. Please visit our portal for returns and exchanges.

 

 

Do you have site wide sales?
The best way to know about our sales is by subscribing to our mailing list. All sale items are final sale and orders during our Archive sales cannot be canceled. 

 

Do we hold exchanges?
Approved exchanges are held for 7 days. In order to process your exchange, we must first receive your returned item. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will create your exchange order! We recommend sending your return as soon as possible to ensure your exchange can be fulfilled within the hold window. If we do not receive your return within the window, you will be issued store credit for your item. You can email info@tylermcgillivary.com your tracking number for exchange inquiries.
