Our Seastar Print is ripped straight from a mermaid's camera roll. Featuring starfish and sea anemones in shades of pink, purple and orange, this velvet burnout glitters in the sunlight as it ripples over the light blue chiffon fabric base. The Seastar skirt features a flared, A-line fit and is fully lined. Same fit as Equestrian Skirt.
